Most 3D printed inserts have all the advantages you could want, compared to a single or dual stage foam insert. The BrorB RC inserts take it a step further, introducing the dual stage 3D Printed insert.
By going to a dual stage, dual material insert, the BrorB RC tire inserts offer excellent side wall support for the tire, while also being able to transform your tire to something that will crawl rocks like no other.
The inserts are available in different hardnesses, from a super soft all the way to a stiff. For most competition type crawler we recommend going with soft all around, or a soft fron and medium rear. For heavier rigs we recommend a stiffer insert, like medium in all four tires, or medium in the front and medium/hard in the rear. For heavy trail rigs, six kilos or more, a hard insert is recommended.
The 1.9"-4.75" inserts will fit most 4.75" tires on a 1.9" wheel, and have been tested to work great in Proline 1.9" XL tires, Jconcpets 1.9-4.75 tires and more.
BrorB RC inserts are sold in pairs, so you can tune a set of four to your liking. Colors on the outer stage ring will vary, depending on material availability.
